Respect ops and their decisions. IRC is not a democracy it is a dictatorship, and we don't get paid for this -- we will be kind to our users so long as they are kind to us.

Do not steal/spoof people's nicks or parts of nicks.

Do not run unauthorized scripts/games -- ask ops for permission if you want to run something.
***If you are kicked/banned, do not harass the ops about it, that will irritate us further. We lift most bans within a few hours when not harassed.

***Arguing violently against people in charge is never productive.

F-serves must contain anime/cartoons only -- no live actor shows -- music/wallpapers/misc are allowed if they are a minimum part of the f-serve.

F-serves must have silent ads and /ctcp triggers. Set them to respond to !list

F-serves must have the larger of 10 files or 1 gig of files. At least 1 send, and at least 5 queues.

***If you do not know how to download, refer to the guides on www.cartoonpalace.net -- they are expertly written to help you, and will answer 95% of your questions.

***If you have a question that has NOT been answered by the guide (after you've checked extensively) then you may politely ask in the channel.

No spam for other networks/channels that are directly related to cartoons/anime. We work hard to get you things quickly and do not appreciate having people herded away.

If you have a URL you want to share, do so discretely, and with ample description of what it is BEFORE you paste it.

Ops discretion is final in determining relevance of URLs.
